Biesse Technical Support Services Biesse America is very proud to offer the highest level of service to our customers. Thanks to our sophisticated help desk called ATS (Activity Tracking System), we are able to track each telephone call made to the service department by company and machine's problem / solution. By using an advanced database loaded with each company, machine(s), technician visit and past phone correspondence, when a call is received it can be handled by the appropriate technical expert. Our service department strives to return all incoming calls within 60 minutes. Approximately 79% of all service calls are currently returned within the hour they are made.
