This will include a general tune-up the machine, making sure everything is working well, and recommending any parts to be changed (see checklist below).

It will not include any repair/additional training on the machine not listed in the checklist. If repair/additional training is necessary it will require a different purchase order from the customer and the regular rates will apply.

It is Biesse Group America’s discretion (depending on the technician’s schedule and on the spare parts availability) to decide if the repairs can be done at the same time of the preventive maintenance.

The program includes two (2) visits per year. The customer and Biesse Group America will come to an agreement on what time of the year is best for both to schedule preventive maintenance. BIESSE AMERICA reserves the right to schedule the visit within 14 days of the customer’s request.

Once the schedule has been established, Biesse will contact you a month before so that we can schedule a PM maintenance.
