Employee Benefits: The tangible rewards
At Biesse and Intermac, we place considerable value on our people, and recognize the importance of attracting and retaining the best. Along with a supportive and motivating work environment and competitive salaries, we provide all full-time employees with a generous benefits package. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Health Insurance: We sponsor a complete health plan including medical, vision, dental and prescription drug coverage. The cost of this benefit is paid by Biesse, and eligibility begins on the first day of employment.

401(k) Plan: We match 50% of the employee’s first 5% of contributions to a 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan.

Vacation, Personal and Sick Days: All full-time employees receive paid holidays, along with sick time and up to 10 vacation days the first year. Vacation increases to 15 days after five years of service.

Tuition Reimbursement: All full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement for job-related education.

Life Insurance: We sponsor a life insurance plan, paid for by Biesse. Eligibility for this benefit begins after one full month of employment.

Disability Insurance: If you are unable to work, short- and long-term coverage are provided.
