Omnia is available with high-speed units for high productivity levels in mass-produced batches. Or, for more varied and complex operations, each element can be customized. Omnia can be integrated with the most modern conveyor systems for complete line automation. Features include:

Patented glue unit: This solution prevents any leakage of glue from the head when the machine is stopped, restricts overheating, and considerably simplifies disconnection of the glue applicator and/or glue reservoir during cleaning and maintenance operations.

Edge control system: Omnia can be fitted with an electromechanical device that controls the length of the banding material, adjusting it directly during gluing, eliminating the need for an edge trimming unit.

Pressure devices: Dedicated pressure devices ensure fast, precise application of the banding material.

Finishing units: The edge trimming unit cuts away excess material from the front and rear of the banding strip, while the rougher unit eliminates excess on the top and bottom of the panel. The chamfer unit then carries out finishing operations. The rounding unit, available in several different configurations, applies the banding material to the final section of the panel. Finally, the edge scraper and glue scraper perfect the result.
