A patented “shuttle” transfer system (winner of the IWF Challengers Award) delivers a combination of high production and flexibility by efficiently managing the material between the rip and cross cutting operations. Both machines feature a “Quick Change” system to ensure fast yet safe saw blade changes. Powerful PC-based control software manages all machine functions. Additionally, the WNAR 600 is equipped with an automatic head-cut rotating station for the efficient execution of head-cut patterns.
A number of options are available for both the WNA 600 and WNAR 600, such as an automatic trim cuts ejecting system and a variety of panel loading and unloading devices.
