• Structured gantry system, stabilized and deeply rigged steel frame, big section to grant maximum rigidity and straightness in all loading condition.
• Fixed sliding guides on Gantry high, in order to grant very high rigidity for the sliding head in both Z & X.
• Carriage of Z axis in steel on which operating head slides in vertical direction and rotates in around axes C & A.
• Revolver-type spindle-holder head slides in direction Z on mobile upright.
• All elements slide along oversized ball blocks that grant absolute rigidity and reliability in time.
• All movements controlled by brushless motors (that are maintenance free) and high precision preloaded ball screws, which allow translation speeds up to 100m/min.
• Two rotating movements of the head (axis B & C) are continuous and interpolated and are controlled, without any clearance and periodical adjustments, by two high-precision gear boxes.
• Reliability of the spindles and their working life are granted by ceramic bearings, that are a standard equipment of all our machining centers.
• Machine equipped with two numerically controlled TGV (patented) working table, which moves in the direction of Axis Y and allows the spindle-holder head to preserve rigidity and grants maximum accuracy.
• Flat support surface of each table composed of two steel arms with C/C distance adjustable along Axis X.
• Arms are prepared to be connected to vacuum and their surface is divided into squares 50 x 50 mm.
• Two dove-tail grooves along both sides of the steel arms allow for easy positioning of the pneumatic clamp adjustable along Axis Y and the setting in the best condition.
