- The oscillating mortising machine bores slots and holes at the same time.
- Clamping device of the pieces from bottom to top to avoid counter templates and dust problems.
- Clamps adjustable in height and tiltable.
- Sliding of clamps’ support by REXROTH ball blocks onto rails.
- Guides made of 2 hardened steel bars, diam. 40 mm; carriages sliding on the guides by means of ball bushings.
- Carriages oscillation synchronized, but independent as to the oscillation stroke.
- Adjustment of spindle-motors by means of bronze ground guides.
- Inclination of guides by a rack mechanism to guarantee the parallelism between bars.
- High frequency electro-spindles equipped with an internal overload switch to guarantee protection in case of over-heating.
- Oscillation of carriages by gear-box
- External adjustment (position of carriages, stroke length, inclination of guides).
- Two oscillation speeds.
