6 axes CNC centre - Mobile upright construction - Two working tables -
Possibility to equip the machine with EVOLUTION working head, in order to execute operations from operator side, also with spindel in horizontal position.

Product Details
- The machine is composed by a 900 mm wide stabilised and deeply ribbed frame, with constant section designed to grant the maximum rigidity and straightness of all the loading conditions in time.
- Mobile upright with a high degree of rigidity (section 650 x 750 mm).
- Revolver-type spindle-holder head that slides in direction Z on the mobile upright.
- All elements slide along oversized ball blocks that grant absolute rigidity and reliability in time.
- All movements are controlled by brushless motors (that do not need any maintenance) and high precision preloaded ball screws, which allow translation speeds up to 100m/min.
- The two rotating movements of the head (axis B and C) are continuous and interpolated and are controlled, without any clearance and periodical adjustments, by two high-precision gear boxes.
- The reliability of the spindles and their working life are granted by ceramic bearings, that are a standard equipment of all our machining centres.
- Machine equipped with two numerically controlled TGV (patented)
working table, which moves in the direction of Axis Y. - This feature allows the spindle-holder head to preserve rigidity and grants maximum accuracy.
- The flat support surface of each table is composed of two steel arms with C/C distance adjustable along Axis X.
- The arms are prepared to be connected to vacuum and their
surface is divided into squares 50 x 50 mm. - Along both sides of the steel arms there are two dove-tail grooves that allow an easy positioning of the pneumatic clamp adjustable along Axis Y and the setting in the best condition.
