The dual-spindle operating head makes it possible to carry out different machining operations simultaneously, with the two spindles running along the same edge - increasing productivity by up to 40% over traditional single-spindle CNCs. One of the two operating units can be excluded in order to carry out the same operations performed by a traditional Intermac CNC, optimizing flexibility. Dual simultaneous tool changes are also possible with an optional 12-position rotary tool changer. All Master Series Twins include a “C” axis as standard supply.
Functionality: All Master Series CNC work centers perform the following functions: carving, cutting, drilling, edging, engraving, grinding, inlaying, milling, polishing, profiling, sawing and writing.
Worktable: The base consists of an extremely rigid structure, topped with an aluminum worktable, guaranteeing an absolutely flat work area for consistently flawless results.
