Master 33 Twin/Master 43 Twin

The innovation continues with the Master 33 Twin and Master 43 Twin! Featuring dual operating spindles, the Twin revolutionizes the work center concept by offering maximum productivity without ever compromising productivity.

The dual-spindle operating head makes it possible to carry out different machining operations simultaneously, with the two spindles running along the same edge - increasing productivity by up to 40% over traditional single-spindle CNCs. One of the two operating units can be excluded in order to carry out the same operations performed by a traditional Intermac CNC, optimizing flexibility. Dual simultaneous tool changes are also possible with an optional 12-position rotary tool changer. All Master Series Twins include a “C” axis as standard supply.

Functionality: All Master Series CNC work centers perform the following functions: carving, cutting, drilling, edging, engraving, grinding, inlaying, milling, polishing, profiling, sawing and writing.

Worktable: The base consists of an extremely rigid structure, topped with an aluminum worktable, guaranteeing an absolutely flat work area for consistently flawless results.

Spindle: Evolving from the traditional rpm-limited “belt drive” spindle design, the Master 33 Twin and Master 43 Twin are equipped with a “constant power” direct drive electro-spindle, designed to handle the toughest of jobs. With closed-loop internal cooling, 12,000 rpm limit, and an oversized shaft, the Master Series comes ready to fabricate stone or glass.

Tool Changers: One or two 14-position tool changers enable precision tool changes and “on the fly” access to the tool racks from the outside of the machine. An optional 12-position rotary tool changer enables dual simultaneous tool changes. Please note: The 8-position, “on the fly” rotary tool changer is not available on these models.

PC Controls: Gone are the days of expensive repairs on industrial controllers. Intermac integrates IWNC numeric controls into a PC with a Windows interface, guaranteeing full connectivity and ease-of-use. A full PC front end/back end architecture, the system includes CD-ROM drive, modem and network card, flat panel color monitor, and Windows operating system.

Serviceability: The work center includes Teleservice software, which enables remote diagnostics and software updates via modem. With a webcam, machine images can be transmitted to our Service Department in real time.

Motion Control: Ball screw drive mechanisms, brushless servo motors, and full digital motion control deliver the ultimate in precision and reliability.

Self-Contained Water System: A water containment system keeps your shop area dry.
